Refund Eligibility: Once a license is purchased and activated, refunds will not be offered. Activation of a license signifies that the customer has accessed and utilized the software, thereby consuming the product. This policy is in alignment with common digital software industry standards, where the provision of downloadable or consumable media generally means that a sale is final.
